Holiday in the country
Moen is one of the most beautiful places in Denmark. Even though it is only 240 km2 large, roughly every type of nature is represented. Moen has white chalk cliffs, moors, endless sandy beaches, natural resort with virgin forest, just to mention some.
Svensmarkegaard is a four-wing farm from the year of 1800 with 20000 m2 of land. -fields and small pens with animals.
Our farm is situated right in the middle of Moen with view of the large cove Stege Nor and open fields. We have horses as neighbours and our ground has a small park-like forest with fireplace and a garden with lake, stream and a huge terrace, where you can have a barbecue and enjoy the beautiful view.
We have geese, ducks, chickens, sheeps, a calf and a cat.
We are situated 200 m. from the cove, 1,5 km. from a very nice and quiet beach and 7 km. from the beautiful capital – the Middle Age town Stege.
The farm is surrounded by many interesting cultural –and nature areas, which are all within 0-18 km. It is therefore a perfect place to bring your bike.
We have a dinghy in the cove if you want to go for a sail.
